Zachary Herrick is a U.S. Army combat veteran who served in Afghanistan, where he sustained life-altering injuries that led him to discover art as a path to healing.
He brings a deep understanding of the mental and emotional challenges veterans face.
After transitioning from military service, Zach founded Warrior Art Brigade to empower veterans through creative expression and community connection.
His lived experience fuels his passion for advocacy, public speaking, and artistic mentorship.
Zach’s leadership and vision have transformed Warrior Art Brigade into a sanctuary of purpose and restoration for veterans.

ERIC HINSON
VICE PRESIDENT
Eric Hinson served 21 years in the U.S. Army, including deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan, and retired in 2022 as a military police officer and company commander. He holds a Master’s Degree in both Mental Health and Wellness with an emphasis in Christian Ministry.
Since retiring, Eric has pursued a calling in pastoral ministry, currently serving as Associate and Youth Pastor at Restoration Fellowship in El Paso, Texas. He also coaches student-athletes and is a certified mental health coach.
His military leadership, spiritual guidance, and mental health training provide a holistic approach to supporting veterans within Warrior Art Brigade. Eric’s compassionate presence and lived experience make him a vital resource for those seeking faith-based and emotional healing through art.

AMBER MORENO
TREASURER
Amber Moreno is a U.S. Army veteran with a strong background in administrative operations, budgeting, and program compliance.
She is currently completing her Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership at Sul Ross State University and will begin graduate studies in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in the summer of 2025.
Amber has worked in both military and civilian roles, consistently focused on service, accountability, and support for others.
As Treasurer of Warrior Art Brigade, she helps ensure the financial stability and transparency of the organization.
Her commitment to mental health and leadership guides her efforts to give back to the veteran community through advocacy, care, and empowerment.

ANA NIEVES
SECRETARY
Ana Nieves has dedicated years to volunteer service, working hands-on with diverse communities and supporting causes ranging from cancer patient care to mental health awareness.
She holds a strong passion for mental health advocacy and believes deeply in the power of compassion, empathy, and nonjudgmental support.
Ana’s commitment to service includes selfless contributions such as blood and platelet donations and traveling to assist those in need wherever she’s called.
Professionally, she brings a detail-oriented and service-driven approach to organizational support and communications.
As Secretary of Warrior Art Brigade, Ana plays a key role in maintaining clear coordination, accurate records, and smooth internal operations.
Her heart for advocacy and deep care for others enrich the organization’s mission to support veterans through healing and creativity.

DYLAN ARTHUR

DIRECTOR, STRATEGIC BUSINESS OPERATIONS
Dylan Arthur is a U.S. Marine Corps veteran who served as a military police officer until medically retired in 2013 following a serious accident.
He has his Associate Science Degree in Business Administration from Northern Virginia Community College as well as a Associate Degree in Business Management from George Mason University.
Dylan has since worked across multiple industries in business operations, from billion-dollar companies to local startups.
His volunteer work with veteran and community-focused nonprofits reflects his ongoing commitment to service.
As Director of Strategic Business Operations, Dylan applies his leadership and business acumen to ensure Warrior Art Brigade operates effectively and stays mission-focused.

Hannah Herrick has a heart for service and a passion for building strong, supportive communities through volunteer engagement.
She has extensive experience organizing outreach efforts, recruiting and training volunteers, and creating inclusive environments where people feel valued and empowered.
Hannah’s background includes years of hands-on involvement in both faith-based and veteran-centered initiatives, giving her a well-rounded understanding of how to mobilize others for meaningful causes.
As Volunteer Coordinator for Warrior Art Brigade, she plays a crucial role in connecting individuals with opportunities to serve, support, and uplift the veteran artist community.
Her commitment to fostering teamwork and compassion ensures that every volunteer feels part of a larger mission rooted in healing, creativity, and purpose.
